BEWARE OF SMOKING ROOM We are family with baby booked non smoking room via Agoda on March 7 for stay on April 16 till April 20, and write special note request Non Smoking Room and will arrive 22.00 pm April 16. And what we got when we arrive? We got smoking room, and the staff cannot do anything, just said sorry because all the non smoking room she already give to another customer. What kind of deal is that? Why accept our reservation and take our money if cannot fulfill the reservation request. After we complained harshly because we had a baby, the staff only can move us the next day, means we must suffer to smell the cigarette smell for one night. We don't recommend for family with baby or children stay this hotel because they don't fulfill customer needs/reservations. Just say sorry, and...

The hotel is located right opposite Zoo Metro station. Guangzhou has one of the best metro networks, so most parts of the city are easily accessible by metro. The rooms are chic and spacious.

Buffet breakfast, however, lacks variety for a vegetarian. We stayed for 5 days and had to be content with eating Stir fried broccoli and beans everyday ( yes folks, there was no change throughout our stay)

The staff is very very helpful, especially the ones at the reception. They wd go out of their way to assist or accommodate the guests. This staff helpfulness deserves a 7...
