The gloves doesn’t protect from the pigeon grease and be mindful that the grease can get to your shirt when you bite into it. Would be nice if there was a plastic bib offered and better gloves. There was a plastic string I think. Something clear and plastic not hair in the tea I drank. Even at the beginning there’s some hiccup with the order system. Waited a while. The roasted pigeon tasted quite gamey for my liking — not as tender or flavorful as expected. And the claypot rice was really dry, with very little sauce or moisture to bring it together. I ended up picking at it rather than enjoying the whole dish.
