Staying at the Mandarin Oriental in Guangzhou was one of the most comfortable and memorable hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I immediately noticed how beautifully designed and thoughtfully maintained everything was. The space feels elegant, calm, and welcoming, which set the tone for the entire stay.

The room itself was incredibly well laid out, with both comfort and practicality in mind. I especially appreciated the seating area located within the lift lobby on the guest floors, which made waiting for the elevator feel much more relaxed. The bathroom was also a highlight, with a spacious walk in shower and a deep bathtub that felt luxurious and serene. All the amenities were high quality, and I noticed how new and well kept the hairdryer and steamer were, which made getting ready feel effortless. Small details like this really elevate the stay.

The wellness facilities were another standout. I really enjoyed the yoga studio style area, which provided a quiet and modern space to unwind and stretch. The gym and wellness team keep everything very clean and up to date, which adds to the sense of calm and care. The swimming pool offered a beautiful view of the city, and when we visited, there was a charming merry go round set up nearby that made the atmosphere feel extra special and festive.

MO Guangzhou is well located in the Tianhe District and it is connected to Taikoo Hui Mall which is a upmarket mall and Shipaiqiao Station. As you can see from the pics, the room is very big, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The fact that is linked to a mall makes it so convenient when you do not feel like venturing out. Tianhe District is full of malls hence it is a shopper's dream come true. The breakfast offerings are great as well but Guangzhou has many good restaurants hence save your bellies for them. Highly recommend MO GUANGZHOU. Am already planning my next stay while writing this review. Absolutely unforgettable experience that totally worths the price and status. The room was extremely spacious and cozy with beautiful view to the city. As a part of “club privilege” package, we were served a complimentary afternoon tea and evening snacks buffet with cocktails that includes not only light snacks but plenty of salads, dumplings, sushi and desserts. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with great variety of options to fit all types of dietary preferences. The service is super hospitable and helpful.
