My stay at the Guilin Exhibition International Hotel was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm greetings and friendly smiles. Check-in was seamless, and I was soon shown to my room, which was spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, capturing the essence of Guilin’s unique beauty.The room itself was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens and a luxurious bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary tea and coffee, and the large windows that offered stunning views of Guilin’s breathtaking scenery.The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was particularly outstanding, featuring fresh, flavorful options that catered to all tastes. One highlight of my stay was the hotel’s convenient location, which made it easy to explore Guilin’s famous landmarks, such as the Li River and the stunning karst mountains. The facilities and Hotel stay are excellent as is the morning buffet. The pool is a must see as the view is worth the hotel stay itself. The rooms are massive and very comfortable. We are 3 people and had lots of room. I would have preferred a front hall closet but that's about it.||The thing is being in China, the are some differences you will get. There is Western cuisine but it's different and don't expect great restaurant service. Is really slow and they never clear your table. Your dishes will stack up. Also the internet is blocked for Google, Gmail, YouTube, Netflix as this is not a special business hotel with permission to access these sites. And there is no foreign exchange service in this hotel so you have the bank next door - just beware their bank hours may not be as posted.||Have an alternative email and definitely get a non-Google language translator app on your phone. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin. The room was very spacious, clean, and it had a super big bath where you can relax and see the landscape. One of the highlights of the hotel is the infinity pool, which overlooks the same views and provides the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The reception staff were all friendly, but a special mention goes to Patrick, who is super efficient and helpful. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and was always available to help with anything we needed. Thanks to him and his proficiency in English, we were able to book tickets for a river cruise to Yangshuo that we, as foreigners, would have struggled to arrange on our own.
