First of all, about the upgrade issue. As the ambassador member, they helped me to upgraded my room. But I booked 2 rooms. So I asked them to check whether possible to upgrade to the suite room as well? I am not going to take adventure of the hotel and ready to pay it as well. So when the FOM Catherine came to call me , I asked her again about the upgrade . She told me that there is not any available suite room for upgrade. But I checked the Marriott official app and others travel agency app , it shows that still available for booking . Then I told Catherine what I checked the information. She told me that will double check with reservation team and call me back. After a few hours, I didn’t receive any call from them. So I called again and checked all the apps are closed the suite room . She explained that that’s mistake by reservation and someone extend the stay . How ridiculous and fooled me as idiot! She said offers me the breakfast or transportation or lounge access. However I don’t need it at all. I need the respect !!!
Once I came to hotel , the Duty Mgr Owen told me that Catherine already sent white wine to my room. But when he walked with me together to my room . There is only cookie and fruits not any special arrangement! See , they fooled me again and cheated on me !
I requested the hskp to re-turn down service , but the horrible issues happened ! They didn’t take any changes and left the dust cloth and take something away! I even can’t believe it happens in RC !!! As Covid-19’s worrying, how come they can be so rude and careless.
Before Check out , I also went to had breakfast. It ‘a terrible management about staffs . However the F&B supervisor Cathy is really nice to comfort me property !
When I checked out in the front office, I happened to meet the Catherine, she didn’t do any apologies in person and greetings me . When I shared the experience about hskp and breakfast, she didn’t say anything as well. Also she charged my fee. Even I refused the complimentary breakfast offer, but I still hope to listen something from you again. Read moreAfter reading the good reviews, we booked a 4 bedroom villa for 4 nights. We chose the villa as we travelled as a family of 6 and the living room comes in handy so that we can easily gather and meet. Compared with being isolated in different hotel rooms. The downside of staying in Villa is the accessibility to the main hall. You will need a buggy to fetch. At times we waited for some time for the buggy to arrive. The rooms are spacious and the beddings are okay, except for the pillow. The housekeeping department are less than satisfactory. We see used cotton buds left on the floor after their cleaning and had also need to remind them to empty dustbin (they missed it out the day before). Table is also not cleaned when the daily tea is delivered. We did not use the private pool and prefer the cleaner looking pool in the main building. ||The location of the hotel may not be ideal if need to travel to city often.
