桔子水晶酒店杭州店 — Hotel in Hangzhou City

We wanted to exclusively thank you the wonderful service of the intern girl at the front desk. She not only made our check in process smooth and fast, also she managed our requests perfectly. However, we were disappointed with how the hotel manage the situation when we noticed a cockroach in our room. There was around 2-3 cleaning crew cleaning the room opposite of our room when I noticed a cockroach in our room. I reached out to them immediately, however the reply of the cleaning crew was: ' We will come and take a look later'.The cockroach was running in our room, but the cleaning crew decided to come and take a look 'later' when she is just standing right in front of my room, which is unacceptable.We stayed in the room and waited for 4 hours, we also called the front desk to raise our concern again, however NO ONE come to attend to it until we checked out.This is disappointing and we hope the hotel could take serious action in both pest control and cleaning...

We absolutely loved our stay at Crystal Orange Hotel, the staff really care and value service and are always ready to help you out with anything you need. The hotel’s location is far from the mega malls with luxury shopping, but it’s really near the West Lake. Makes it really convenient to view and enjoy the attractions around the West Lake. Special thanks to Jun Jun （君君） for being super accommodating, she really goes an extra mile which made our stay extremely pleasant. We forgot to take a top and a pair of shorts upon check out and when the hotel realised it, she immediately contacted me but sadly we were already at Hangzhou Dong Station. I told her that she could throw the clothes away since we were so far from the hotel, but she offered to mail it to our next hotel in Shanghai. Really touched and appreciate the hard work she puts into the service! Thanks, and we’ll definitely...

At first, my friend and I had difficulty locating the hotel. The location almost seem so hidden. Also, the area is not as central as I thought. The hotel itself and the rooms and beautiful. I loved my room, the space the technological advancements, the smell, the aesthetics, everything was amazing. The toilet was heated, the curtains were automated, the bed was massive and soft. The room was very tidy, smelled so good and the lighting was great. The receptionists and the hotel employees were so professional and helpful. My only issue was that the breakfast menu was extremely limited. There were not many options. Over all, I had an amazing stay...
