This is first time I stayed in Even but it left me with deep impression on overall hotel experience. I was super impressed with the service provided by 2 staffs - Dwyane Zhang & Max.

From the moment I engaged with Dwyane, it was evident that he not only possessed great listening skills but also had a proactive approach to understanding and addressing my needs. Dwyane demonstrated remarkable attentiveness throughout our interaction. Max has been super helpful when we have challenges to book bus tickets with China apps. He is patient to guide us through the steps and also contacted the relevant parties for more information without us asking.

I have just returned from my first visit to this hotel for business. We chose it because of the convenient location to the expo centre, it's within a 15 minute walk which is brilliant and avoids the traffic issues with getting cabs from more central hotels. It is a decent quality hotel, very new and clean, with good basic amenities, professional staff and breakfast selection. The main issue was the temperature of my room, which reached 38 degrees c and the air con didn't work. I raised this issue several times and the best I got was a fan, which just blew the hot air around even more! I really hope they can sort out this issue as we will be re-booking...
