Front Office Manager Nikki continues to lead with consistency and attentiveness to guests’ needs. Guest Service Manager Cyan went the extra mile when I accidentally left my phone behind. He located it promptly, contacted me and made arrangements for its safe return. Guest Service Manager Christian maintained a steady presence throughout the stay, helping to ensure that all guest-facing matters were handled with assurance. Jenny kindly assisted with a task at the front desk one evening, handling it patiently even though it required additional effort. Jack from the F&B team also stood out for remembering my breakfast preference each morning, which added a thoughtful touch to the experience.||Although two team members, Mark and Vicky, are now with another Hilton property, I remain grateful for their prior support. On first stay, my wife and I initially had quite annoying stay due to the smell like cigarette smoke coming from connecting door next room. But since we checked in closed to midnight and left at 5 am, we did not report it to hotel staff.||We enjoyed our second stay on a clean & comfortable room. There is no shaving kit, dental kit and comb provided in the bathroom, as it is informed in Guest Bath Amenities Message on the hotel website.||After having an awesome breakfast, we strolled around the hotel and passed by some retail stores, resto, and a narrow canal in front of residential area at the back of the hotel.||Though we did not have any transport issue since we had a chartered bus, we do not recommend this hotel for travellers who want to stay near to the Bund and Shanghai Pudong...
