First of all, i ordered three nights in the holiday's website and pre-pay the whole rooms fee. But after i lived two nights, when i have to leave, i cannot get my third night room fee return. it is so bad experience. i contacted the holiday hi-guestrelation service and got response from the case manager saying that the hotel will contact me to solve this problem within 48 hours. but disappointedly no one contact me as of it has passed four days. They are not treating you as a club memeber. When you have problems or change your plan, they will not try to improve their service to provide your good experience. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who concerns this problem.
Secondly, the room is bad, it is not worth the price. The lights in the room is so dim that it makes you uncomfortable when you are watching TV. The room is smaller. When you are showering, the shower nozzle is too close to the wall that you cannot get full showering. in more details, there is no lables"hot water"/"cold water" on the hand buttons so you have take a few minutes to try to figure out which is the hot water since it comes so slow.
Third, the breakfast is so poor that nothing more to say.
This hotel is the worst one i have lived in holidays hotel....

It took me few emails to sorted this. When checking in i was told hotel bill was charged during booking but hotel can change the payment to pay during check out? Hotel staff don't speak much English. When i received Ccard statement it was double charged. I have to spend time write in to for refund. As the front desk never use my Ccard for deposit when i order room service i was asked to pay cash. I arrived hotel very late it took them almost an hour to send me my food after they sorted out how to charge to my room instead of pay cash. Hotel is far from any shopping or restaurant. Front desk forgot to return my passport during check in and send to my room later.

Read moreI probably have been around a dozen times in this hotel. Mostly in executive floor. There is not one single thing that has improved in the last year. Most get worse and worse. Being a hotel located in the outskirts there is no casual visitor there. That makes good catering a need, specially dinner. Cutting costs (and services) seems to be the obsession of this hotel management. They change the brand of tea to a cheaper one, then the orange juice, they take out the laundry benefit. Executive floors snacks get worse and worse. Breakfast ingredients cheap. Fruits not fresh. And the worse: they use the remains of evening snacks in the breakfast and they don't even bother to make it less obvious. Internet is a disaster.
