深圳福田皇朝商务酒店 — Hotel in Shenzhen

A horror movie!! With my friends, we booked this hotel, bringing in a bit more money to have a good sleep after a long flight. What a mistake!! On our arrival, we were given at first a rook that hadn't been cleaned: the beds upside down, the stuffiness of the air and close curtains. It took the staff some time before they gave us a new one. Following the staff, we entered a room that smelled like smoke and coffee added to the heat and humidity. Disgusting. The AC hadn't' been turned on upon our arrival too. For the room itself, it was dirty. The table had traces of coffee left. There was absolutely no decoration and the overall cleanliness was bad which is scary. The bathroom was kind of not so well maintained with joints from the shower getting off, mold and the door of the shower won't close. The toothbrushes provided seemed extremely cheap and tore down in my mouth while using it.The most shocking was the finding of cigarette ashes on the bed quilt of my friend!!!! Meaning that the person cleaning the bed had been smoking while doing it....

They need to hire English speaking staff because I had communication problems and caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I assumed this was an international hotel and that is why I booked it. The staff doesn’t seem like they are able to accommodate foreign guests as the hotel did not seem so...

Location is good for travelers who have to commute between Hong Kong and Futian of Shenzhen. Free car is provided but parking space is very limited.Facilities need to be improved. When I arrived, the lift has no lighting! The wash room is dirty and not hygienic. Please see...
