I booked this hotel using Hilton points, and it turned out to be one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. At checkout, they refused to refund my deposit with no clear explanation. Even worse, they wouldn’t give me an invoice showing the stay was paid with points—instead, they handed me a bill showing the full cash price of the room. Completely unacceptable.
The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. No one spoke proper English, which made communication extremely difficult. The woman at reception was particularly dismissive and made no effort to understand or assist.
As for the breakfast—it was very poor quality, with limited and unappetizing options.
Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards expected from the Hilton brand. I would strongly advise...
