Always stay at iHotel for all my Huawei visits, mainly due to the fact that the rooms are clean, and the rooms don't reek of foul smell like some other hotels. Do agree that though the staff are helpful, they can't really converse fluently in English - but hey, it's not a 5-star establishment. I can't expect everyone to be fluent in English in China, can I? Breakfast buffet is decent, but pretty much limited to Chinese food. As for transportation, there's no free transportation that I know of, but one can always cross the street to Huawei facilities (yup, just across the street) to hitch a free ride. Access to the elevators require room card access, which is a plus for me as I don't like seeing strangers loitering outside my room.. All in all, not of 5-star std, but pretty good for a small establishment...
Read moreYou should be looking at this hotel only if you are in the area for business because it is not located near any tourist attraction. The rooms are well maintained and seem to be smoke free. Breakfast selection is mainly Chinese with limited western food options. The staff was very friendly and speak English. The hotel has a low-cost 24 hour laundry service which is a nice change from the over priced laundry at the big hotel chains. The hotel also has a nice high-speed network connection which is much better than some other hotels...

The staff did not speak much English and the internet is slow, so only really worked well for messaging. The was a restaurant on the 2nd floor, but I got the sense it had only just opened and they did not have all of the items on the menu.
