Just finished a week long stay at The Shenzhen Indigo Hotel. It offers exceptional facilities and services from the front desk for your check in, to the club lounge for all needs, and to the restaurant for breakfast. ||As a five-star hotel, it presents a splendid lobby environment, exceptional cleanliness, and well maintained facilities. I was upgraded to a spacious and comfortable high-floor room with a great view. Located in the window of the world area, the surroundings are incredibly nice and safe, full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast option is amazing, featuring excellent dishes, of both Chinese cuisine and western styles. The club lounge is unbelievably marvelous with delicious afternoon tea and hot dinner, in a classy setting with spectacular view of Shenzhen bay.||The service couldn’t be better and more welcoming and all staff at indigo Shenzhen are incredibly friendly and helpful. I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Shenzhen during Easter break and had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. A special shoutout to Holis, who helped us carry our luggage to our room and arranged taxis for us. His assistance was especially appreciated after our long and chaotic train journey from Hong Kong to the Lok Ma Chau border.

The customer service team was exceptional—always ready to help with any request we had. The facilities at the hotel are top-notch. The indoor pool is amazing, although I do wish the outdoor door was open. Regardless, it was a wonderful experience!

The gym is fantastic, equipped with advanced machines and equipment that put many other hotels to shame. I loved being able to work out every day during my stay.

The staff's ability to speak English was a big plus, making communication easy and pleasant. The hotel is also conveniently located near Happy Valley Amusement Park and Windows of the World, so we didn't need transportation to enjoy these attractions.

During check-in, the staff mistakenly said I was a platinum elite member. It was only after I corrected her that she realized I was a diamond elite member. Furthermore, I informed them before my check-in that I would arrive at the hotel at 2 pm at that day i will check in, but when I arrived, my room had not been prepared. In the first few days after checking into the room, I requested the reception to arrange for someone to clean and change the bed sheets. However, the room cleaning staff did not change them. The next day, I called the reception to explain that I needed the bed sheets changed and that the staff had not done so. However, when I returned to my room, the bed sheets had not been changed. .. A few days later, a female staff member took over the room cleaning duties and changed the bed sheets for me. A few days before my check-in, a male staff member cleaned my room. However, he didn't clean the bathroom properly, and the anti-slip mat remained uncleaned. The boiled noodles for breakfast were scattered and broken, and the soup had no taste at all.
