New, clean, I like shower with strong water pressure and quick on-off button. Auto-flushing toilet and a deep bathtub. |The room had smart control panel but limited English description, the curtains opened every time we entered the room, couldn't switch off night light, mainly Chinese TV programs no English news channel. Breakfast starts at 0700; suffice not extravagant with salad bar, some fruits, porridge, Chinese cuisine and bread. Coffee no so great. I had a wonderful stay at Urcove by Hyatt Shenzhen Luohu. The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is modern and welcoming. The service really stood out – the staff were attentive and always ready to help.
