Some comments:
Waitress and waiter service at Breakfast need improvement, need to be observance -- I often run out of tea and need refill, I need to catch their attention for my request to top up my tea. I stayed 5 days with 5 mornings, they should have observed and noted that I need refill. Requesting once and twice, third time onward should be automatic. I do not expect to request and request again in a 5 star Hotel elsewhere.
A waiter disturbed by breakfast, when he greed me "Good morning" when I was eating, You should greed a person "Good Morning" only when the guest has eye contact with you and also when you are filling up my tea ....etc NOT WHEN You are eating, Am I suppose to say "Good" or "Fine" with my mouth full? Your waitress and waiter need lot of training.
Is Fruit very expensive in Suzhou? Normally, In country like Thailand and Malaysia I have fruit, especially banana and apple in a 4 star Hotel, other then Japan. I do not expect expensive fruit but banana for digestion would be good.
Hair dryer once used and left on table is not put away in its original location. Why? Do you expect the guess to do the packing. This does not happen to Hotel in Thailand and Malaysia. Same for the water kettle. I thought all items are to put back to their original location?
The indicators at the lifts were not very helpful. It does not show the lift going up and down clearly. There are three lifts, guests need to stand a certain distance away from the lift doors in order to see clearly the indicators' light and also it up or down direction. Please review this inconvenience. Also to make thing worst, the lifts close in a very short time, upon see the indicator of which lift is on and moving toward the door may be too late to board the lift. The doors closed and pressing the call button does not help, Please test and review. Highly recommended to improve this in your next renovation or improvement project.
At the breakfast, all guests need to sign a slip for entry. Very often we need to queue up to sign if there are more than 1 person signing the slip. Why not have a longer table, so that more than two guests can do the signing. OR have the slips on both end of your current short table and the printer in the middle, so at least two guests can do the signing. This will speed up the process.

Thank you to the Momo cafe team, Peter, Tony, Nancy, Leo, Herro, Jessie. They prepared the foods and coffee that I like, and always with a smile. Also, I thank you for the lounge team, Crystal. Especially I want to say thank you to the Sales team. Nina, Jina, Ula, Candy. Jina always helped me solve problems like payment and language. And the Sales team gave me unforgettable memory.. they were always with a smile and brought me happiness. They invited me to play badminton, also invited my colleagues, and I made a good friend another long-stay guest Mr.Lim. We promised to meet next year at Courtyard Marriott again. I've never experienced it at other hotels... Thank you Courtyard...
Read moreOnly downside is the Wi-Fi. Except that all are very good. Adequate options for breakfast but not too many varieties. Rooms are comfortable and neat. If you stay for a longer period you will get complimentary wash options once in 5 days.
Nearby, there will be Mexican, KFC, Subway, McCafe restaurants. There will be buffet dinner options available in a week where you can get Wines and Beers free along with food. In room dining also available where you can have some options. There are some shops available within 50 meters on either side where you can get some stuffs like beer, water ,cookies etc. Some coffee shops are also available nearby.
Metro Station Line 1 is less than 50 meters away. Suzhou Centre shopping mall is in walkable distance of around 700 meters. ATM is located...
