My wife and I booked a room, in large part for the Executive Lounge. As a Diamond member with Hilton, I am partial to Hiltons, we have spent a lot of time and money on Hiltons in many parts of the work. We truly enjoy the Executive Lounge, free wifi and free breakfast. ||Because of a typhoon I was stuck and unable to get there, but my wife was denied all the Diamond perks! This is not right. I have even set up rooms for my wife and daughter before, when I wasn't present, and Hilton happily allowed the Diamond status perks. Made with my account, paid by me, so this privilege should follow, but not in HILTON SUZHOU. ||So, no Executive Lounge, no free wifi, no free breakfast.||So let's see how shortsighted this is. Will we be back? No. My wife and I live close and we would have been there monthly more than likely, not now.||If this is how they treat my wife, I don't want to give them my business. There are other Hiltons in town. ||We had just been in Shanghai and I came a day later, and my wife got the room upgrade, got Executive Lounge access, and free breakfast, because the valued us and our dedication to Hilton. ||Most don't know but in China they take a deposit that is usually about twice the price of the room rate. Usually it's returned within a couple of hours after checking out. In Shanghai we had it returned while we were at the desk. As we were standing there. ||Not HILTON SUZHOU, they said it would be 2 or 3 days. What? Two or three days? How an they slow it down in a digital world? They are clearly are not customer focused. I can't fathom how, using WeChat it would take 2-3 days. This is just ridiculous.|| Also notice, that the management only replies to positive comments about stays. They aren't concerned about those with issues or problems, they aren't interested in finding out how to improve or become a better property. ||I have seen a few mention they are not Hilton quality, and I would...

The amenities and service are amazing as its reputation and I had a great time relaxing while staying here for vacation. The staff was kind to upgrade our rooms such that it’s adjacent to each other and readily agreed to extend my checkout time to accommodate my train timings. While it might be a distance away from the popular tourist attraction, cabs are easy to find and cheap to travel in to destinations like the Lion’s Grove or the Tongli ancient town. The only downside to my stay was that I was not able to see the Jinji lake from my room. The breakfast was quite a spread with many different cuisine at great quality and would highly recommend you to book a room with breakfast as there are not many food options nearby. Family Matt opposite the hotel will serve all your urgent needs. Overall, I had a great stay and will highly recommend this place to business/ families who are good with taking cabs to tourist...

More dining options can be found at metro station level next to the hotel. Overall the hotel staffs are friendly and greet customers happily. Rooms are large in size with iron, ironing board, bath tub, Crabtree shower gel, instant coffee and tea sachets provided (only sugar, no creamer provided). Noted fridge are left empty on purpose. They will only place the drinks if you request to. Some maintenance & training needed, experienced damaged shower seat and missing shampoo in the room. Recommend to have coffee machine in the room to improve the stay.
