I have booked a room till 18th Feb., But i requested to early checkout between 5-6pm on 17th Feb. I first went to 23rd floor club lounge to check out and then realized it cannot be done at the lounge. Then I went to lobby frond desk to check out but just 5-10 minutes to 6PM. I wait for the staff to complete the guest in front of me and start to talk to me. Because she said she will charge me also the 17-18th room charge time passed 6pm. I ask her to check her watch, it is just about 1 minutes to 6pm. of course after we talk and talk and she request approval from managers, it had passed 6pm. I do not agree on this. they asked me to go to room and pack my luggage. They said they will call me when it is ready. then I wait at 23 floor lounge. i wait till 7pm no response. I bring all my luggage to lobby to complete the check out. They told me that they have to charge me two days as it was very late at 7pm. I sill hold the room card and did not send back before. also I used the club lounge which is only for room guest. so many ridiculous reasons. after long time negotiation and requesting approval from up managers i do not know. they cannot change their decision to change one more day from 17-18th Feb stay. in such a case, I have to stay here or I will have to pay double room charge. Breakfast at the Club Lounge worsens over my last stays from 2016 to March 2017 (e.g. no Bircher Muesli, dry bread, or cheese just little pieces, ...).
The breakfast is small but the variety (also in the eveing) could be much better comparing to other Sharaton Hotels. For example Shanghai Hongkou.
The WMF Coffee machine is sometimes dirty and needs maintenance.
Staff is very friendly and tries to make things happen but the English language is often a problem.
Nevertheless, the Club Lounge is a nice place with a relaxed & quiet atmosphere. I like that.
ROOMS
The rooms & beds are very good.
Sometimes it`s a Problem to set the Aircondition to a good temperature.
GYM
The Gym is well equipped.
May be needs a bit more maintenace but everything is working well and save.
MAIN RESTAURANT
The quality & varity oft the breakfast is very good.
But for me it is to fretful in the morning down there. ;-)
Buffet in the evening was very good (before x-mas 16)

Read morebecause of the flight delay, i checked in around 230am Jun 18th. Once i arrived with my colleague, the front desk told me there's no any big bed room left, though we already booked king size bed room, it's too late to hold for us, there's noly twin beds room. After i show my spg cards, said could arrange a spg room for me but still twin beds room. But, when i checked in that only a normal room, no careing packing, the electronic scale is damaged. the second day, after i complained, the hotel compensated to me a fruit tray, but since i have no time to change the room, the situation keep the same. per what my experience stay with other sheraton or spg hotels, if the situation happened, the hotel will free upgrades for the guests if the room type already gone. And once you complain, at least you got a letter of apology, and the same treatment as other spg room, but this hotel nothing happened. Even the second day, once i back to the room, on the corridor, saw a housekeeper leaning on the wall and talking mobile with very loudly voice.
