Hailingdao Poly Crown Holiday Hotel — Hotel in Yangjiang City

My family had a short getaway this weekend staying 2 nights in the Crown hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! Hotel itself is quite classic but the staffs are very bright and friendly. Our room unfortunately had a problem in the first night and I couldn’t sleep well. The next morning “Leo” responded to my complain immediately and gave another room,and it was not the end. He took attention to us and had us feel really cared for. Thanks for your caring and even the gift for my little daughter! And we were provided late checkout service so could enjoy the beautiful beach just in front of the hotel fully even on the leaving day!! (Thanks Yoyo for that!) The service was good during our stay. We could check in early and were upgraded to a seaview room (no additional cost) which had a great view! Staff at front desk was very helpful, english no problem. Because the price per night is a lot in comparison with the other hotels on this island I expected a perfect state, but in general the hotel looked a bit old and in need of a good freshen up. Some facilities were less then you expect for this price; outside pool area not so well maintained. Worth to mention is that the hot spring is not open during summer. ‘Too hot’. The beach in front of the hotel grounds is a public beach. Breakfast was ok. I can recommend to take the buffet dinner (scan to wechat get a little discount), very nice seafood choices!
