You expect a town hotel to provide cosy, comfortable and safe place to rest. San Ignacio Plaza does it all. The staff is friendly and competent. The room is ample and adequately furnished, wifi is good, bed comfortable, shower cabin well designed (it is exceptional enough to be worth mentioning), breakfast is good. But there are a few details. (I know I ought to charge for such valuable advice 😂) 1 the pillows are high and hard. 2 a very bright LED on the TV set cannot be easily switched off. 3 one of the reading lights is not even wired (room 401). 4 an odd device in the ceiling that looks like a loudspeaker wants some maintenance.
