Staff was really embracing and treated me like one of their own. Doña Patricia went out of her way to ensure I always had drinking water in my room and went out of her way to deliver breakfast options she knew I'd love. I mentioned during our first conversation that I did not have a sweet tooth and from that moment onwards, she made adjustments for my juices not to be overly sweet; something I utterly appreciated . The room and the bed were very comfortable. In a country like Colombia, auditory pollution is very real, so finding places like this where the neighborhood, will always feel like the universe is watching out for you.

Disliked: Desk in the room was not designed to work from long term. The bathroom was a bit narrow and the place where TP is hung is rather far from the throne. I despised the numerous locks adorning the doors, causing me to worry that, in the unfortunate event of a fire, we'd all succumb...

Lo bueno del hotel es que es muy limpio, tiene lo básico en la habitación y está ubicado en un área tranquila, cerca de parques donde venden deliciosos jugos. Lo malo es que para salir y entrar al hotel hay que estar dependiendo de que algún empleado abra la puerta y como en tres ocasiones no encontraban la llave correcta para dejarnos entrar. Deberían de tener un botón electrónico desde el mostrador o la llave bien identificada.
