Andres at the front desk is horrible! Ambar is very clean, with a great location. To use the jacuzzi you must make a reservation. I made a reservation with Andrés & when it was our turn the jacuzzi was freezing cold! I went down to inform Andres & he said to give him 5 mins to deal with other guest checking in & he would call my room to confirm. I waited a long time and he never showed up or called. I went back down stairs and he’s sitting behind his desk casually, I asked are you still coming? He says “I told you I would call you” I told him I’ve been waiting a while and told me “No service” basically denying to fix it. I couldn’t believe it, all the staff had been nice and accommodating and here I was being scolded. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager he said “no” I asked for his name he said “no name”. I really want to give 5 stars, but there are some things that need to be addressed. The hotel itself is amazing, and the workers are super nice. I tried to meet with the manager about bringing more tourists with my travel company, and she said she would come out in 10 minutes, and never showed up. I waited for a couple of hours and then gave up. Not sure why they wouldn't want more clients? Also, the internet is TERRIBLE. It is the main thing they need to fix in the hotel. I was in room 405 and the wifi signal went in and out and it wouldn't even load a video. It was impossible to do work. I had to go to the cafe every day to get work done. I highly recommend the owners and managers fix this...

Excellent service. Very modern and comfortable room. The pillows were notably very high quality and super comfortable. Room cleanliness was that if a 5-Star hotel (though it is not, it felt like like it was). Front desk staff was amazing (resturant manager needs to be friendlier).
