Worst hotel during my 15 day vacation in a Colombia. The main door is locked most of the times and I had to wait 5 minutes outside because there was nobody at the reception. They are unreasonably strict about the check-in and check-out times which doesn't work like this in the hospitality industry. I arrived around 12:30PM, and the check-in time was 3PM, they told me rooms are not free and I should come around 2PM. Then when I came back at 2PM, they still took around 30-40minutes and I was given a room only around 2:35PM. All this when no guest was occupying the room. The room had a weird damp smell. The body wash dispenser in the washroom was empty. Luckily, I had my own body wash. I asked for a slightly late check-out next day around 1PM (their normal check-out time is 12PM) and after repeated request they seemed to agree. But the next day, my door gets knocked at 12:10PM asking me to leave. I said ok give me 20 minutes, they said no only 10 minutes possible. Is this how you plan to run a hotel?

We were landing at Cartagena Airport at 11pm and added this to our booking information. ||Our flight was unfortunately delayed and so we emailed the hotel to tell them our new arrival time. We eventually arrived there at 3am - obviously completely exhausted and ready to sleep! We were met by the night staff member who told us he did not have a booking for us and had no rooms available. ||We then had to find another hotel in Cartagena at that time of night - not an easy task! The night staff member helped us with this and we ended up back in a taxi and found a hotel at 4.30. ||Overall a really bad experience. We had no apology from the hotel despite still having the confirmed booking. Would advise anyone e considering booking to be very careful...

I booked a room online via their website, and on arrival was told the hotel was fully booked and my reservation did not appear even though, it was paid in full 2 months back. I presented them with the receipt and proof and they still did not accommodate. Horrible, horrible customer service!! This was supposed to be a one day rest stop because we had a late night flight and they did not care. Not even, an I'm sorry. We had to scramble in the middle of the night for a place to stay which was not easy. Not many hotels have a room available at midnight!! It was horrible having to run around with my mom and grandmother who were exhausted and elderly, both over 70 and 80! They had the audacity to say that a refund is not possible, I will be disputing the charge with my credit...
