Hostal Don Juan — Hotel in Floridablanca

The owners are extremely polite and helpful. My room was very clean. ||||The only negative was the lack of hot water in the morning. I turned on the shower and there was hot water for about 30 seconds and then it was gone.||||Also, only a cold water faucet in the sink. ||||I would also recommend that they put some type of plastic mattress pad over the mattress. The sheets are very thin.||||The bed under the fitted sheet was clean. In another country, I had a problem with bed bugs so I always check the mattresses and night stands in my rooms.||||I was in Bucaramanga on business and my business associate recommended that I stay at Club Campestre. I stayed in this Hostal from 30/04 until 07/05/2012 and had a really good stay, the owners were amazingly helpful and could speak fluent english which really helped me as my spanish was not so great.||The hostal is very clean and rooms are basic but equipped with everything you require. Decepción Total: Las Fotos Engañan y el Servicio es Deficiente

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue profundamente decepcionante. Las imágenes publicadas no reflejan la realidad actual de las instalaciones, que se encuentran muy descuidadas.

El problema principal radica en el incumplimiento de servicios esenciales que se ofrecen. Específicamente, se promocionan habitaciones con aire acondicionado, pero la unidad instalada no funcionaba. Al notificar esta falla, la reacción del personal fue de molestia, dando la impresión de que son conscientes del problema y lo ocultan.

La situación empeora con la falta de personal adecuado. Una sola persona se encarga de múltiples tareas, lo que impacta directamente en la calidad del servicio.

El trato que recibimos fue inaceptable. Fuimos expulsados del hotel en horas de la noche simplemente por exigir de manera respetuosa los servicios y condiciones por los que habíamos pagado. Esta acción, además de grosera, es una grave falta de profesionalismo que nos obligó a buscar otro alojamiento urgentemente.

En resumen, el costo del alojamiento no se corresponde en absoluto con la calidad de las instalaciones y el servicio. La única nota positiva fue un lindo perrito que siempre nos recibía con afecto.
