Centro Comercial Parque Caracolí — Local services in Floridablanca

Nice big mall with a great variety of stores. I was surprised to find a speedo store as well as American eagle. As a North American I felt like I was back home. The mall is busy vibrant and bustling. Malls are dead in the US and Canada but this mall was so packed on a Sunday evening. There is a dollar city on the top floor which is South America’s version of Canadian dollarama. Lots of food options as well. There is a bridge connecting the mall to the Florida mall across. Personally I find this mall much better. I highly recommend, but perhaps go on a Monday afternoon. This is a modern not to old mall. It has many levels to include a hotel Sonesta. Very nice clean including the restrooms. If you don't like the crowds go during the day. Once night fall comes in it gets crowded. The terrace gets very crowded since all the food courts, restaurants and bars are up there. The theater and gym are also up in this area which makes it crowded. Food is good but no social distancing. The stores all require face masks, they all have hand sanitizer all over the place. I needed a place to park because of an emergency with my dog, they didn't allowed me to enter their ### parking lot with my dog. I think it's the only shopping center in the area that doesn't allow pets. Never coming back there. Update: I actually came back a couple times after that, only to discover cockroaches on their food court, around the tables... Today I received my dinner from Mercagan with one cockroach in my dish!!
