Hotel los Puentes Comfacundi — Hotel in Girardot

Rooms are comfy enough but there are many amenities missing. No shampoo, no cream, no conditioner. Barely hand soup and body gel. There's just cold water. So what if I have a baby or an elderly person who needs a warm shower? You can't consume anything in the hotel that hasn't been purchased there. If you drink alcohol bought outside you'll have to pay a "penalty" which is honestly ridiculous. Haven't seen that in another hotel. You are usually allowed to bring anything you want from the store you want. It's obvious they are trying to cut expenses but then you can see the quality going down. It's also a shame that they offer two swimming pools in Booking but they only open one, which is usually full of children. They play loud and trashy music as well which means you can't rest and have a relaxing time. Forget about taking a nap or reading a book here. Location is not bad but it's super noisy near many bars and clubs. Impossible to have a good sleep. The breakfast was very dull. Every day was "calentado" which was basically just rice with a little bit of beans / lentils or pasta. A small portion of eggs and bread. They even charge you for an extra portion of bread. The portion of the fruit is the smallest I've seen in a hotel. It doesn't make sense taking into account that fruit here is cheap as chips. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

One year ago, my friend and his wife decided to have a fun and relaxing vacation at this hotel. After one night there, on Saturday morning they left the room because they wanted to play volleyball and my friend closed the door, with the only key that was supposed to exist besides the one at the reception. When they returned the wife of my friend discovered that her wedding ring which she left there (because she didn't want to lose it) didn't appear. They asked at the reception but first they were really rude and then they held my friend and his wife responsible. They asked for the secury cameras but the workers said they didn't have cameras. I know that it has passed more than a year but the meaning of that ring was very important and the cost was high. They only want an apology but at the same time you need to know how bad the security is...

Great room, plenty of space, the only downside: no wifi available. I can't complaint, the facility, the staff, the pool, everything was fantastic! The only problem, was that the wifi was down, and I'm sorry, I can't live with out wifi.|This place is a complex of 3 hotels and 2 pools, the part of the complex where we stayed was on the 4th floor of the hotel, Los puentes. |The price of the hotel included daily breakfast, which made up for the fact of not having wifi... GOOD FOOD! Big breakfast!|I highly recommend this facility, but as a traveler tip, I you know somebody in Colombia who can do the reservation for you, the price will be cheaper! |We payed $50. U.S. Dollars per person, I know that if the reservation is booked in Colombia, the price will be as Low as $25 per person per night........
