Hilltop Sapzurro hostel — Hotel in undefined

Horrible hostel. Horrible staff.The worst place I've ever stayed at in my life. Horrible unhygienic staff, with bad attitudes and rude behaviour. They cheat you on the prices and lie . They tell you one price one day and the next day they charge you higher and include meals that you didn't even eat in the final price. The rooms are horrible and small. The pool is dirty. The only thing that is good is the ocean nearby to drown out the sound of the staff screaming with their family and arguing. Don't stay here. It's the worst! When I asked quietly about the prices. They shouted at me and said they are going to the police?! Evil people here...

We booked two dorm beds and upon arrival we were informed that we could have a private room for no extra charge. Zohar ( owner) took us to amazing seafood resteraunt and made sure we had everything we needed. He gave us use of his personal motor bike while sober and pedal bike when drunk. Maria took us on a hike to a waterfall. All around good day. When leaving this hostel i forgot my diving computer. Zohar went back and forth to ups in Medellin and paid money out of his own pocket to get me back my computer . This hostel is clean and comfortable and cheap however the thing that made it work for me was the staff ....thanks...

This place looks great on the surface - modern, cool design, pool out the back. But - it doesn't live up to first impressions. We took a private room (100k)- the air conditioning was pumping out barely cold sewage smelling air, it was absolutely teeming with mosquitos and the shower was a tiny trickle. |The staff were friendly - although I found it weird that they would socialise with their friends right outside our room on the decking area for guests. |The pool was out of action because they were sanding and varnishing the decking around it (no sign- sticky feet).|Could be great with improvements and a...
