We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in El Shaddai. The owner is very welcoming and prepares the best dishes. Each morning we had a fresh juice, fresh fruit, coffee, eggs and a side dish. Our room was really clean and they offered us a clean room each day. Next to that, we enjoyed the fact that we had our own pool in front of our room which you can make use of 24 hours a day. Also, the hotel provides a tour guide to explore the Tatacao Dessert — we had Joe and we can’t recommend him enough! Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back to this place. This Place offers an amazing relation between price and quality...their bedrooms are very clean and spacious and have wifi, air conditioner and a private pool(jacuzzi) ( aprox 70 usd per night ). The costumer service was very well and we were surprised with the delicious flavors in the restaurant. The restaurant has a lot bit more expensive prices the the others restaurants in VillaVieja....So the portions were bigger. With a plate could eat two people. Don't easitate, stay here!!!...thanks to Ines...

La dame qui nous accueille est une fausse gentille. Sous prétexte que la wifi ne fonctionne pas, elle nous demande de payer en cash et nous le rendra le lendemain, quand la machine fonctionnera. Le lendemain, avec son plus grand sourire, elle nous annonce qu’elle a tout dépenser au marché. Nous étions 4, pour 2 nuits. 800 000 pesos pour des courses ? Elle a juste pas voulu nous rendre l’argent et faire passer les chambres au black. Elle n’a pas pris nos numéros de passeport, donc ne comptait pas nous déclarer. Aucune excuse de sa part. Nous lui avons dit que nous avions besoin de cet argent pour payer les bus et autres. Sur quoi, elle nous répondu « oui, moi aussi » avec son plus grand sourire. Les chambres sont bien. Mais pour le prix, le ménage pourrait être fait tous les jours. Pas de savon ou shampooing dans la douche. Pas d’eau chaude. Son petit-déjeuner ne vaut pas le prix de la chambre. Le deuxième, elle nous a servi de l’ananas gelé, immangeable. Le tout dans un verre fêlé. Le pain était rassis de la vielle. Pas d’eau potable à disposition Elle nous dit qu’il ne faut rien manger au village car ce n’est pas hygiénique. C’est faux.
