You can contact her ahead of time via WhatsApp, and she keenly helps you with logistics ahead of time and helps you make your way to Tatacoa (including contacting the bus station and helping you figure out the schedule). Once you're there, she does her best to make you comfortable in her spacious, airy and clean hotel with a homey feel, as well as steers you towards the best-priced options for tours and destinations you're interested in.
