I checked i around 10:30 a.m. and noted that there was no water in my room. I came back around 12:30 p.m, still no water. Around 4:30 p.m, I came back to still find no water. The guy from the front desk showed how to turn on the water source ( a lever has to be pushed, located behind the wall).||Once the water started coming, the water in the toilet did not stop running. I complained about this at the front desk, still the problem was not solved. The flipper in the toilet bowl had to be fixed.||I'm glad that I stayed here only one night. Basic hotel near the core Centro area full of various stores, banks, churches, roadside stalls and even a square with a huge statue of heroine Policarpa Salvarrieta. Seems a reasonably safe neighbourhood with a lot of police presence. Good front desk service and a willingness to assist despite the language barrier. As almost every reviewer says, the rooms are cold, and there is hot water only in the mornings. ||||There only a couple of plusses to me on this hotel. It is cheap, if you are only passing through a couple of days, and the wifi is fast. Do not stay longer than two nights, you will be miserable here. The location is central.
