This hotel is new and modern among a lot of older hotels in Itagui. The room I had (Junior Suite) was pretty small, but I think that was because the space was taken by the Jacuzzi. The price was reasonable, about $40 at today's conversion rate. Also, there was a safe, rain shower, flat screen TV, a fan, and air conditioning. The room was clean and the shower had hot water. There were only a couple things I didn't like. The air conditioning unit would drip water and sometimes make noises. Luckily the nights were so pleasant that I could use the fan. Read moreA low budget attempt at a "modern" hotel. We were not given a warm reception when we first arrived and the customer service we experienced went downhill from there. Many facilities in our room were broken including the shower, jets in the jacuzzi tub, music controls and lamp. The soap and shampoo they provide is watered down. Although they do provide robes, they do not include the tie part to wrap around your waist. The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the next rooms over and out in the hall.
