Hotel Anamichu Suites — Hotel in Melgar

I have some points to talk about in this stay we asked for 2 cocktails which toke 1 hour to be done, after drinking them the staff toke 45 minutes and the cocktails were not even been prepared so we decided to cancel the order. The mattress on the beds is very thin and for 2 people you can feel very uncomfortable. The bathroom... the toilet is very close to the basin, and the shower was leaking. FOOD, the breakfast did not have any vegan nor vegetarian option and the fruit was an additional charge.( PLEASE VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN PEOPLE BRING YOUR OWN FOOD...sad to remark) 5.Power outlet, the ROOM JUST HAD 3 POWER OUTLETS VERY HIDDEN, one behind the fridge, 1 behind the TV and one in the bathroom (very difficult access). 6.parking lot. You have the possibility of parking your car but you have to leave the keys if there is no space as you may find a double parking spot which requires to move the car if the owner of the other car behind you have to leave [ which everybody do as it is a tourism area] Elevator, it is in very bad conditions and make a lot of noises, maintenance required. 8.Noisy rooms, taking into consideration that you are paying for a hotel room you expect to have some good and relax time but here you can hear everything what happens outside. Smell in the rooms: the smell of chlorine in the room is very strong and you have to sleep with the windows open which allow flies to go inside sadly. Animals in very poor condition: there are 2 turtles as to what we could identify in a very close area rotten food and very poor conditions a 4 meter pond is not enough for those...

I do not recommend this hotel. Overall poor room quality, but the worst part was the hotel management trying to extort us with a few scams.

Pros: Location close to downtown. Pool is pretty nice and somewhat clean. There is breakfast included.

Cons: Very noisy room, no sound proofing. Room was kind of dirty on arrival. Hair and dust on the ground, spider webs. No toilet paper nor soap. Very slow wifi. Gym is almost nonexistant.

I was traveling with a group of colleagues. The hotel management reserved the rooms for some of us. People who booked their rooms on a web platform got their reservations cancelled to be told that the rates were actually double and sometimes triple what was advertised online.

Many colleagues got their laundry in the room pick up from the floor, cleaned without asking for the service and asked to pay large amount (about 6000 Pesos per piece) of money to get their clothes back. The manager would push back calling us thieves and liars. He argued that they were providing and excellent service, but he clearly is a gangster.

I hope this review convinces you to pick a different location. I will personally never go...

Un hotel con complejo de resort donde nada funciona.

Lamento tener que decirlo así pero fueron varias las razones por las cuales elegimos el hotel pero al final sentimos que pagamos por lo básico porque el hotel es de juguete y no creo en coincidencias.

Cosa que quiero resaltar desde el comienzo los chicos del hotel Anamichu Suites es su calidez, amabilidad y lo humanos que son los empleados, la atención fue excepcional. Muchas gracias chicos.

El hotel en sí es una mezcla de lo antiguo con lo nuevo, pero ojo. Preparate para que en tu suite hayan televisores antiguos, (no smart), AC antiguos 90s mini fridge antiguos y camas antiguas.

El hotel es de juguete: fueron varias las razones por las que elegí el hotel, sauna, turco, bañera en la suite. Todo estaba totalmente dañado. Hubiera sido mejor que nos hubieran dicho antes de estos inconvenientes para así evitar estos reviews.

La bañera no tiene agua caliente y no hay forma de taparla. Es decir. Es un adorno. El sauna y el turco dañados, no hay servicio de datafono para pagar a pesar que el muchacho mintio y dijo que lo arreglarian. Eso jamas paso. El teléfono para comunicarse con la recepción estaba dañado, De nuevo nos dijeron que lo arreglarian y tampoco. La Sala de juegos dañada. La mesa de ping pong esta en mal estado, el muchacho nos dijo que esperaramos meintras buscaba una pelota pero jamas volvio. No hay pelotas. El ascensor siempre para en el 3er piso. Necesita ser arreglado. No hay aire acondicionado o ventiladores en el restaurante porque se dañaron. asi que te puedes asar ahi dentro. Llego un punto en el que ya me dio vergüenza quejarme o preguntar el porqué de todas las cosas que no funcionaban.

Cosas injustas: complejo de suite. No se te permite entrar snacks o bebidas al hotel o tr multan. Tienes que comprarlas adentro a pesar de que su variedad de snacks y bebidas es extremadamente limitado y costoso. Una mojarra estaba deliciosa pero costó casi 40k. La hamburguesa estaba muy mala. El bartender no estaba presente un viernes en la noche y por ende el señor no sabía que darnos de beber. Sin embargo hicieron su mejor esfuerzo por atendernos. Pero son los precios lo que no me gusto.

Desayuno incluido no es de buena calidad, se agradece que esté incluido pero el chocolate caliente te lo dan en vasito de café y la calidad de la comida no fue buena. El hotel no le hace justicia al tamal tolimense.

La señora del aseo trató de hacernos el retoque a las 6:30 pm, tuve que decirle que era mejor hacerlo al otro día a las 2 cuando no estuviéramos.

Aunque hay presencia de la policia la zona puede llegar a ser muy peligrosa de noche. Muy sola. No recomiendo salir de noche por la ahi. Pero es de fácil acceso ora si llegas a melgar o te vas.

Cosas bonitas, decoración del restaurante, bonitas pinturas en los pasillos. Bonita vista a la calle y montañas. Bonita piscina, calidez del staff.

Mi conclusión es que si estas interesado en. Hotel anamichu como lugar de paso y no estás interesado en las comodidades está puede ser tu opción pero no lo recomiendo para estadías largas en...
