Hotel Boutique El Poblado — Hotel in Neiva

we first knew we had a problem when, at 9pm in the bus station, not a single taxi would take us to the address for the hotel we'd booked online. with a bit more conversation, we realised we'd booked a place in Neiva--on the coast. and, as it turns out, most hotels in Nieva won't take foreigners. El Poblado was our 5th or 6th or 7th attempt to find a place to stay that wouldn't break the bank.||||room clean, bed comfortable, shower strong (no hot water, but normal for this area). only problem was that front (cheaper) rooms are alongside an alley which gets noise until about midnight.||||the staff were fantastic. they helped us book our next 2 nights' accommodation, had advice on transport, and kept our bags overnight while we went to visit the desert. we were changing our plans quite often, but they were...

We had amazing stay at Hotel Boutique El Poblado. We were in Neiva for our adoption and the location could not have been better! It is located on a beautiful street and conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores and local tourist attractions by the riverfront. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help with our encuentro to meet our daughter. We would 100% recommend them to anyone traveling through Neiva and will stay there again if we are back...

Las instalaciones del hotel son modernas y están bien cuidadas, la recepción es amplia y el personal es muy amable, te ayudan a solucionar cualquier inconveniente y hasta ayudan a planear tu itinerario para que el tiempo rinda.||El desayuno es sencillo pero es muy rico, esta incluido y esta apenas para iniciar bien el día, la piscina es pequeña, al igual que el hotel, así que no afecta, nunca esta llena como para no poder disfrutarla. En la recepción siempre encuentras a la venta diferentes bebidas, ya que el restaurante solo abre en horas de comidas. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, no son muy calientes, sin embargo cuentan con aire acondicionado todas. El baño es amplio, hay agua caliente y fria y la decoración es sencilla pero elegante; también tienen un closet muy grande para acomodar la ropa hasta de 4 personas. Lo recomiendo sin pensarlo, es muy cerca al malecón del río Magdalena y del centro, para tomarlo como sede en neiva y salir a hacer diferentes excursiones...
