This is a hotel that does not guarantee its bookings. The staff are bored, unfriendly and confused: a toxic mixture for a hotel. The maid doubles up as a receptionist while another receptionist disassociated himself from the hotel by saying that he didn't really work there. The place itself is soulless, unwelcoming and untidy. Pasto is a really nice place and does not need hotels...

No handle on the inside of my room door, had to put a towel on a screw on the inside of the door to pull it open. WAY WAY overpriced for the area. Breakfast was ok but the room was loud, freezing cold with only one thin blanket. The bed was hard and it was only a bed in the room, no desk, nightstand and the closet was an open...

Desastroso, no se lo recomendaría nadie jamás. Desde que entras se ve, hay mucho desaseo. No tenían para recibir tarjeta, aparte la habitación un desastre, asquerosa, llegué muy cansada y no me fijé de lo contrario nunca me hubiera quedado allí, había suciedad bajo la cama, botellas y una coca con tierra asqueroso. En el baño había un jabón y un shampoo usado, no dejaron toallas, la cobija estaba llena de polvo, terminé súper enferma, una desgracia ese hotel, en mi vida jamás había estado en un lugar tan espantoso. Aparte no me dieron el desayuno que incluía, y mejor así porque con tanto desaseo seguro uno se intoxica. En general una horrible experiencia.
