This is a new hotel so there are still a few kinks, but it gets a 5 star review from me because it was an absolutely picture perfect hotel in terms of the layout, design and room as well as amenities. Also, the staff under the leadership of GM Tatiana and front desk Yuri are very good too and professional. The pool is fantastic, there is no jacuzzi but there is no need because the pool is just that great. They have cabanas poolside which are fantastic and a little bar with a very sweet barman and dj named Emilde who is knowledgable and super friendly. The hotel can book you a golf-cart or a mule as its called to drive around the island or they can book you a guided boat trip. We went to Johnny Cay and Aquarius which was pretty great, although crowded. The hotel was very chill though. It's not near many restaurants unless you want to walk for a mile to Rocky Cay where there are several good beach spots. But you can eat at the hotel. They have a great breakfast and lunch/dinner is just OK. They should probably add a snack bar where you can buy snacks for your room's fridge. Also, they should strengthen the wifi in the upper floors because there was no signal although we had an amazing view and a great balcony and all the channels on the tv so we didn't complain too much about it. Anyhow, it's a great hotel owned by a bunch of nice guys from Cali, Colombia and I would definitely come again to this place - I think it's the best on San Andres from what I could see and I literally drove around the entire island in a golf cart...

Well, if you want to relax one will think a Hotel far from downtown is good, think again. They blast music the whole day, at the reception/lobby are always a bunch or „workers“ chatting, sending voice-messages and getting notifications on their phones (beep beep is all you will hear). Thankfully at nights gets better, but during the day, forget it. They eben had a TV on for no reason and they were doing some woodworking right by the pool. They have so good be no food service besides breakfast. But the staff is nice and friendly.

Apartment was only serviced once out of a 4 night stay even when service was requested.|Location of hotel forces guests to use taxi service to and from the downtown / beach area. No nearby restaurants. |Requested extra towels after second day, and staff could not provide adequate towels. They were only able to provide us with small sized hand towels when we wanted beach towels. |One side of the hotel is adjacent to a big house that has 2 big German shepherds. These dogs bark very loud for the majority of the night and make it very hard to get adequate rest. |Very very expensive hotel for the quality and services provided. I would never...
