Not sure if two stars is even appropriate. The pictures show a totally different story, dont be fooled. Location is right next to airport and planes path of flight, its very loud about every 10-15 min when a plane takes off. Service has alot to ask for. The staff is very blah and non caring. We called it “allways no” response. At our time there was lots of construction around the resort which took away from the “resort feel”. Extremely over priced for location and service. And on top of that we booked through price line for an ocean view double king bedtooms, and we got first floor with view of the towel cabinets by the pool, not even the pool. The staff and management refused to honor the agreement or to make any substantial reimbursement. They combed one breakfast and one dinner even though the manager promised to move our room to a different floor and to comp all our in room services. At check out he was no where to be found and the staff referred us to price line to resolve the issue. Theres better and cheaper options everywhere on the beach there. I have a business myself and i dont write bad reviews unless it’s well deserved and it would help others avoid this horrible situation. 2 stars for housekeeping…....

Tiene beach club con camastros y acceso directo al mar, además de una piscina amplia y otra infantil para los peques. Punto extra por el ambiente tranquilo y la facilidad para bajar del deck a la arena.
El día arranca con desayuno buffet y sigue con platos internacionales en Coco Deli & Take Out. Entre piscina y playa, el OASIS Beach Bar saca la cara con mojitos y cocteles bien servidos. ¿Plan de balcón? Room service 24/7.
Recepción y concierge 24/7 con actitud “sí se puede”. Wi-Fi y parqueadero incluidos, y si quieres moverte suave, hay bicicletas para salir a rodar. Familias felices: zona de juegos y piscina infantil.
Detalles que enamoran • El mix playa+piscina+bar en una misma línea visual: bajas, te bañas, brindas, repites. • Apartamentos con laundry area en algunas unidades: cero estrés con la arena y la ropa.
Pide habitación con vista al mar y baja a OASIS media hora antes del atardecer: coctel en mano + cielo naranja = foto obligada.
Un resort nuevo, bien pensado y con operación sólida. Lo recomendaría sin dudar para escapadas de fin de semana, vacaciones familiares o base para explorar...

This place is a disgrace. Air conditioning leaking water into room Electronic room card holder fell off wall exposing electrical wiring. Ridiculous prices charged for drinks including bottled water and there is no filtered water anywhere in the hotel The restaurant has a fairly comprehensive menu however only a sandwich was available for dinner. The desk supervisor told me I could order in Dominos. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Cosmetically looks good but that is where it ends. Also, it is literally next to the airport runway.
