Hotel Blue — Hotel in Santa Rosa de Cabal

Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to several serious issues:

Excessive noise throughout the night, including a baby crying, people shouting (it seems there is a gym nearby), and loud noises from weights falling. Guests shouting "vamos, vamos, vamos" further disturbed our rest.

No hot water — I had to shower with cold water, which is unacceptable.

The first room assigned to us was dark and full of mould. When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist claimed they were not aware because "the cleaner had not informed" them. This is not an acceptable explanation for such poor room conditions.

There is no lift in the building, which has five floors. This was not clearly indicated before booking and caused inconvenience.
