Wir haben über die Website des Hotels eine Nacht gebucht. Da wir eine lange Anreise hatten haben wir uns im Hotel gemeldet, dass wir spät am Abend ankommen würden. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass ein Check-In nach 19 Uhr gegen eine Gebühr von 50.000 COP möglich sei. Dies willigten wir ein. Am Abend angekommen war das Hotel verschlossen und wir haben mehr als eine Stunde an allen Türen geklopft und geschrieen. Auch unter allen Telefonnummern des Hotels war niemand zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und haben nur durch Glück einen Unterkunft für die Nacht finden können.
