This hotel is perfect if you are staying in San Jose for a night or two and on your way to another place. It is clean and decently priced. Try to book ahead so you can get a cheaper rate. If you just show up, you will likely be given a room with A/C (not necessary most of the time in San Jose), which is more expensive. The rooms without A/C have nice views and you can open your window. There is cable TV and supposedly, WI-FI but it has never worked for me. There are 2 slow computers you can use if you really need to check your email. The showers are warm and the beds comfortable. It can be loud here late at night and early in the morning as you are in a high traffic area with lots of bars. Good place to save a little money when you're in San Jose...

Read moreGreat place for the price. Accommodations are simple, but clean and sufficient for a few days stay. Rooms come with TV and A/C. Very close to downtown core and all the attractions. There are enough places around which are open at night in case you check in late and want a bite or a drink. Like any other hotel in the area make sure to bring the earplugs if you're a light sleeper - the early morning traffic and trains might...
