Viva Jaco Condo Jadura — Hotel in Jacó

We stayed at Residencias Viva Jacó for three nights as part of an Airbnb stay and had a fantastic experience! The property offers excellent security with controlled access, so we always felt safe. There’s plenty of parking available, which was super convenient.

The amenities here are a huge plus — there are THREE pools to enjoy, including a kids’ pool, a standard pool, and even a lap pool for those wanting to swim some lengths. The fitness center is a nice touch as well, although I’d love to see more equipment beyond the spin bike, treadmill, dumbbells (up to 50lbs), and one elliptical that was unfortunately out of service during our stay.

The elevators are fast, and with two available, we never had to wait long. The building itself rises 17 stories and offers absolutely incredible views — whether you’re facing the ocean or the lush mountains, it’s hard to go wrong.
