This place is amazing, one of the best places I stayed at in Costa Rica. I was surprised to find that we had our own kitchen and bathroom! They really did think of everything. It was the only place that had a toothbrush holder and cup in the bathroom, they even provided soap and shampoo. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and they had coffee, hot chocolate, salt, and sugar. The tent was lovely and spacious with shelving for your stuff. There was an outside table and a hammock. The location was beautiful within the jungle by a creek with alligators. The hosts were kind. The only recommendation I would make is a bit clearer signage as they were hard to read so we missed it and drove around looking for it. Read moreSerendipity is the word I would use the moment I arrived. It was serendipitous that my host also happens to work with a local environmental organization that promotes the welfare of turtles. So within an hour of arriving I was on the local beach witnessing one day old turtles being gently encouraged to go towards the ocean. It was quite simply my most memorable experience of the whole trip. That said I was genuinely impressed with how much attention to detail my hosts employed to make sure my stay was completely comfortable. The tents are really solid and the bed was very comfortable.
