This is one of the best most caring hotels we have been to. The staff are so helpful, cheerful and friendly from the gardeners to management. |The room we had with sea view was excellent, sheets and towels changed every three days.|The restaurant was bright and cheerful, divided into small areas. The food was excellent. A Great range or choice at every meal time. The special Restaurant available twice a week, but must be booked ahead, was great. We went on the Oriental night. En cuanto a instalaciones exteriores, el hotel está muy bien porque hay cuatro piscinas, lo cual permite que la gente esté esparcida y no haya aglomeraciones. Lo mismo ocurre con los restaurantes, al haber varios, comíamos muy tranquilos porque nos repartíamos entre ellos. Además, cuenta con restaurantes temáticos que están genial. El personal de recepción y de los restaurantes muy atento y agradable. Es un complejo pequeño, muy acogedor, siempre limpio y muy cerca del mar. La atención de Poliana y Glenn es super buena, muy serviciales y amables. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, comodas y muy higienicas; al estar equipadas con menaje de cocina son una gran ventaja para los huespedes, que pueden disfrutar de preparar su alimentos o bien elegir salir a comer cerca. Las habitaciones en primer piso cuentan con baños aptos para personas con discapacidad muy bonitos. Las zonas verdes y la piscina siempre están impecables!
