We stayed at the pavillions and I would warmly recommend to avoid this hotel/pavillions. |Our room was not clean upon arrival and had significant humidity issues — there was a persistent unpleasant smell and visible mold in the bathroom. Despite the claim that the pavilions were recently renovated, the facilities appeared to be in poor condition and already deteriorating. |Our room was located a few meters from the restaurant, delivery area, and garbage bins. Starting around 4 a.m. every day, noise from garbage collection, deliveries, staff arriving and their smoke breaks made it impossible to sleep. In addition, the headlights from running vehicles just a few meters away shone directly into the room, making it feel like daylight. When we requested to change rooms, we were told that no alternative was available, even though it was clear that the property wasn't fully occupied (half of the restaurant was closed, rooms visibly empty). The only option offered was to move to the poorly reviewed main hotel for an additional fee (of course).|We were told that we had already been upgraded anyway to a ''sea side room with a balcony''. Maybe they meant sea view, but neither sea side nor sea view were true for our room.|Due to the ground floor location next to the garbage, there are also many problems with animals which come into the room through various cracks and holes. |The AC was centrally set to 27 °C, and upon request they managed to turn on the coolling for one afternoon and one afternoon only.|Unfortunately, the service we encountered was generally unfriendly and unhelpful, which added to the negative experience.|The dining experience was also disappointing: the food was of poor quality resulting in stomach issues, the food was consistently served cold (even when the restaurant first opened at 7 p.m.), and the restaurant itself was not clean — including floors, walls, tables, cutlery, plates. Over the course of five days, we only received hot soup once and warm fish once.|The pool area was similarly unmaintained, with broken fences and steps, and the space was generally dirty. The pool opening hours were inconsistent and poorly managed — one sunny day, it remained closed for the whole day, despite staff at te reception assuring us it would open shortly (which was already well past the opening hours).|On a positive note, the access to the sea was acceptable, and the water was clean. However, the walk to the coast involves a significant incline, which may not be suitable...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel as part of our group tour. We didn't expect to be placed in a pavilion and had to take all our suitcases from the reception parking on our own because the tour bus cannot be parked near pavilions. The cherry on top was the fact that pavilions do not have any elevators! Our group had many seniors so it was a disaster to bring all the stuff to the higher floors.
Me and my husband had a room on the highest floor and the first thing we noticed after entering it was a strong moldy smell. The towel dryer was dusty so we had to clean it ourselves. But at least it worked and we could dry our towels and swimsuits. During the next days of our stay, the room hasn't been cleaned at all: they only changed towels and refilled toilet paper. Never swept the floor, changed the sheets, or cleaned the bathroom.
Poorly done automation in the room: once you turn the bathroom light on, the vent turns on as well and doesn't turn off for over 10 mins, it cannot be controlled otherwise so this noise gets really annoying. The A/C is also very poorly controlled.
No refrigerator in the room - definitely a disadvantage, since the hotel is especially relevant during the hot season when you want to have your drinks cold and keep some food you buy fresh and safe to eat. There is also no kettle and no iron in the hotel at all.
The twin bed is absolutely uncomfortable for a couple - why not have a double bed option? The mattresses are too soft, and this, combined with bed sheets not being changed during the stay time, makes you not want to spend your time in this bed.
The food was good in our opinion, especially the dinner (we had a half board option). The only concern is the coffee machines which constantly broke and we had to wait in really long lines to get some mid coffee.

Read moreNazalost nulu nije moguce dodjieliti tako da sam prinudjena dati kompliment u vidu 1 zvjezdice. Na samom dolasku u hotel nam je na nas sok i iznenadjenje receno da nemamo rezervaciju u hotelu vec u paviljonima. 350m od plaze evetualno je vazdusnom linijom bio udaljen zadnji paviljon iznad Adrenalin Parka - ali mi naravno nemamo ni krila ni avion da put do plaze i nazad lako preletimo. Sam hotel i paviljon u koji su nas smjestili - izmedju kilometar i po do dva udaljen od plaze - i sve to UZBRDO!!!!
Drugo neprijatno iznenadjenje je da paviljoni nisu opremljeni nicime sto je u ponudi i cijeni koju smo prihvatili navedeno kao ukljuceno - lift, klima, telefon, ventilacioni sistem, ne pusacke sobe - nista nije radilo, a o Comfort kategoriji sobe da i ne pocinjem.
Parkinga (u ponudi ukljucen kao besplatan) pred hotelom moguc za 15,00€ i samo za "inostrane, goste u samom hotelu, ne paviljonima"(izjava kranje neljubazne djevojke na recepciji) - nije bilo nigdje za lijeka. Na pitanje od kad njemacki gosti nisu inostrani gosti i bez ikakve obavjesti dobijaju izmjene u rezervaciji sa kojima se nisu slozili - dobili smo kolutanje ocima!
Recepcijski radnici neljubazni, neprofesionalni - osim jednog mladjeg momka koji nam je na odlasku rezervirao taksi i izvinjavao se - ne znaju niti jedan zadatak da obave osim Chek-in i Check-out, izdaju racune bez ikakvih informacija o ukljucenim uslugama i cjenama, niko ne smije i ne zna da racun ispravi, stornira, vrati novce bez pismenog kontakta sa neimenovanom seficom. O tome da niko od 5 razlicitih koje smo vidjeli nema osnovne kulture i pristojnosti a kamoli profesionalnosti da ustane iza recepcijskog stola kada razgovara s gostom, ponudi bilo kakvo objasnjenje ili barem nam da kontakt od vec pomenute sefice - UZAS!
Soba i kupaona prljave, prasnjave, sa ubijenim muhama i komarcima na zidovima, paucinom po coskovima, smoothiem na terasi i prozorima. Za bracni par - dva razdvojena minijaturna 80x200 kreveta - cak ni spojena skupa nisu bila dovoljna ni za mog supruga jer 195cm visok covjek ne moze da stane na takav krevet.
Takozvani Resort koji bi po samoj definiciji rijeci trebao biti izolovan i zatvoren za javnost i imati sve sto je potrebno za odmor i opustanje - takodje nigdje za vidjeti. Obzirom da telefon u sobi nikad nije proradio vise od 40 minuta morali smo iznova zvati recepciju sa privatnih telefona jer je gupa mladica i djevojaka koji uopce nisu bili gosti, do pola 2 ujutru pustala glasnu muziku, vristala i koristila bazen. Umjesto da ih obezbjedjenje otjera ili zove policiju, skoro pola sata kasnije isti recepcioner koga smo zvali ih je samo molio da mu ne stvaraju probleme sto im je rekao da na bazenu nema obezbjedjenja. Upravo zbog pokvarenog telefona u sobi, apsolutno za svako pitanje morali smo pjesice, uzbrdo ici u hotel. Posteljina i rucnici nikad nisu zamjenjeni, cak ni kad smo se sobaricama zalili da smo prvim rucniciMa koje smo dobili na Check-inu morali oprati i obrisati kupaonu koja je uzasno smrdila na budj i vlagu u nije bila ocisena nakon prethodnih gostiju.
Najveci problem je bio smrad cigareta i kucni ljubimci - iako isti u ponudi su navedeni da se radi o nepusackim sobama gdje nema ljubimaca - svaku vece je bilo nemoguce otvoriti prozor a da vam smard pusaca ili lajanje pasa pod prozorom zgadi cijeli dan i ne da da spavamo.
Jedina pozitivna stvar je bio restoran - besprijekorno cist, osoblje ljubazno i na usluzi, hrana svjeza, raznovrsna i jednostavno i fenomenalna - svaka cast!
