Pension Tamaris — Hotel in Grad Hvar

there was birds excrement next to my door (see picture)||- the room was very dirty, and the bathroom full of mould (see picture)||- the white bed sheets had many black spots and the cushion had one button left out of five. Trust me nobody would like to sleep on that||- there was no livig room corner as indicated in the describing||- the door of the room was made of glass, therefore we woke up at 6h30 every morning||- the terrace and the kitChen of the restaurant are located just below all rooms. Firstly this is very noisy, secondly it smells fish in the room, thirdly you can hear the cooks and the staff who take their break just below you window.||- the car park is the only one not indicated, when every other apartments/hotels indicated theirs||- the WiFi worked one night out of two||- once the car park was full and we had to park in the street||- upon departure, we had to inform the staff that we did not pay yet. They did not know how much we had to pay. We did not stay overnight but had dinner there and then returned for more because it was just perfect. This place seems at the end of the world, adventure to get there through a one lane tunnel without illumination controlled by a simple traffic light. then you follow the road west basically until it ends in this little village Sveta Nedelja. We entered the restaurant well because we did not see anything else and it was inviting playing local music and it is right at the sea of course including an awesome terrace that keeps you busy spotting the occasional boat on the sea while you wait for your food. Food was quick and we had one of the best pizza ever right out of the traditional pizza oven and some black rice which tasted just like heaven. We liked it so much because it was quiet and offered some romantic ambient with this perfect view to the sea. We also liked their prices which must be the cheapest on the island given quality.
