Apartments Knezevic — Hotel in Grad Novalja

Very unpleasent host, beds in room were very old and uncomftable,they were making horrible sounds if you even move for a little. there was a cat who we found doing crazy stuff in our room and she came inside from who knows where? Pool was dirty and even tv is broken. Host was very unproffesional and acting unfriendly to us from the 1st day. Outside apartmant, there was always some garbage(bottels, paper..), lots of poop from birds in front apartmant that they didint clean in couple years, afwful..i dont know how they got 2 stars..everything was falling apart inside, when we complained to the owner he said that what do we expect if we payed only 13€/per person on discount that he gave booking. We are locals(from Ctoatia just from other city) if he treats us like that i dont even wanna know how he treats tourists. I was on vacation in almost every major city in croatia and never been treated so poorly.. Definitaly would not...

so there was an animal in our room every single day we went out and close all windows and doors, this cat just found a way in our room and she was jumping all around and just do mess.. beds was uncomftable and my back started to hurt after just one night, not only they were uncomftable but my was making some crazy noises if i moved just a bit.. i was afraid to turn on bed becouse it was made of poor material and the feeling was like it will brake in 1000 pieces. the host was very unpleasent there was a bird poop all over our doorstep since the 1st day.pool was kinda ok, i mean the water tempeture was perfect but there were a lot of leafs, bugs and paper in it so it wasnt as clean as it should be... All together i cant say i had a nice time...

the accommodation is not worth a single mark. Everything is falling apart in the apartment. The beds are like the ones used in prisons. The workers are terrified and afraid of them. Minutes to 20 o'clock they get out of the pool and the jacuzzi, they turn off everything. come eat, laugh, talk, you can't sleep, and there is a restaurant right next to the apartment.
