We spent just one night here and it was Saturday night, day when this place doesn't sleep! :-) The hostel is placed on the last floor of the night club. I guess the place is quiet every night, apart from Friday / Saturday night. If you came here to party, then you want even notice the noise. If you came here to explore the city and do other things than partying then this is also a good place, but if you are staying here during the weekend, make sure to have earplugs with you. We did just that, and got enough sleep. The owners also treat their guests who stay in a hostel during the weekend with a free drink. And it's a nice gesture. So, have something strong, put the earplugs in the ears and you'll be sleeping like log. If you are staying here during the work day, just ignore all that I have written. This is just for those travellers who are staying here on Saturday night! :-) By the way, the hostel is situated in a lovely part of Osijek. It’s an old city and it takes around 15 minutes on foot to the city centre.||p.s. It would be great if backpackers could get earplugs...

Read moreThe hostel has the potential to be a wonderful place but was lacking the essentials of a hostel: the rooms and bathroom weren't clean. ||||In the room there was hairs and dust in the corners and layers of stains on top of each other. In the bathroom the shower drain wasn't working, resulting in a milky puddle in the shower that you'd have to stand in.||||The WiFi wasn't working, and this was only mentioned after booking (where the other guests let me know it was an ongoing problem. ||||With €15,- per night, this place is quite expensive for the region. With the circumstances I found, you might call it a rip-off. Wouldn't recommend at all, book a nice...
