Blubini Heritage House — Hotel in Grad Rovinj

The staff, was ridiculous. The owner, was a crazy woman. We arrived early, and had no idea where to locate the property. Another woman who was also a property owner tried helping us and reasoning with the owner of our hotel, who was screaming at her. (Everyone heard from the phone!) We, nor anyone, had any idea where it was and were unable to locate, nor find a way there.. ||We are older, and my sister is not able to move around easily. Accommodating guests was something that was completely out of their realm, and everyone who attempted to help us were shocked that she could behave in such a manner. This woman could’ve cared less if we had rotted it in the streets and found another hotel, which we weren’t able to do at this late time. ||I cannot in good conscience give this place any recommendation at all. When we had asked for help in making a dinner reservation, because our phones were not getting reception, we were not notified until the last minute that reservations were unavailable. Needless to say, it left us in a very precarious position. This place is a joke as far as kindness and accommodation are concerned. Do not book a room!! The smallest requests are met with resentment. When I had asked for help with the reservation,the answer was, “okay, but just this time.”. seriously? To pay this kind of money and receive this kind of treatment?...

The accommodation was generally comfortable and the air conditioning was great.

The bedding was very comfortable and I slept well. Street is also fairly quiet at night.

Perfect for a short trip if you are able bodied and are tech savvy.. 😢: There are no staff on reception and help is only available via WhatsApp until 9pm - a code is texted to your number to access the property yourself. But should your phone be stolen etc I don’t know how you would access the property!

The breakfast situation was less than ideal. No on site breakfast instead it was in a cafe a street away. Breakfast options were not great in my opinion as there was no hot food options.

Not the most suitable for anyone who has mobility issues as the property is down a small set of steps into a courtyard and from what I have seen, the apartments all seem to be upstairs.

Generally there was a lot of scuff marks on the walls and signs of use that made the apartment feel a little less clean. Only shower gel was provided in...

Excellent stay, from the moment we walked in of the Blubini heritage hotel, we were thoroughly impressed. The interior decor was upscale yet warm and inviting and the personnel we encountered were all very pleasant and accommodating.

The blue and white decor of our room was fresh, cozy and wow, what an amazing view from the window on the beautiful old town of Rovinj. The beautiful atmosphere of modern rooms with a visible designer touch made our stay very special and pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciate all the work the kindly staff put into our visit. We would definitely recommend the Blubini heritage hotel as a great place to come to relax and...
