Guest House AB Adria Home — Hotel in Grad Rovinj

The room was basic but comfortable with everything needed. The bed was quite comfy. It was good to have a fridge. The TV didn't have any English channels apart from BBC World News (very rainy stay!). The water was always hot.||The room was very clean except the toilet could have done with some bleach. I think rooms were cleaned daily and new towel were left after two nights.||The location is not bad - 10 mins walk to old town, nearer to marina and not far to Zlatni Rt and the beaches around it. There is a supermarket about 5 mins walk or less.||Guests have use of the kitchen - in season only after midday but all the time when I was there. There were just two rings and no kettle or toaster but you could cook something basic.||The owners seemed pleasant.||There are hundreds of accommodations in Rovinj but this was comparatively cheap, especially for a solo traveller (don't know if it would be in high season) and very good...

This is a very simple room, for a very low price. No air con, but in basement. So no sun heat it up. We have own front door, with place to sit outside. Only small window in bathroom. But door is of glass, and have xtra shade doors outside. Will not reccomend this during warmest weeks. But they have a big portable fan in the room. Its a fridge and satellitt tv. The stars is from my expectations. Room loose a star, because the closet was dusty. I cleaned it myself, in 5min. Its a low budget place with sweet hosts. They gave us a drink of chose at arrival night. They give us Coffee every morning. One week in september was only 350€. I reccomend it as a low budget place. Many different rooms/apt.
