About a 15 minute taxi drive from the bus terminal, the place was quite easy to find and despite being a little later than planned, the agent was very happy to check in later - keeping in touch by Whatsapp. It is a bit 'out of the centre' but as you will come to read - it is well worth it!||||The place is shared with two other seperate 'rooms'. Ours, number 3, had a magnificent shower - up with the best I have found in any hotel and the room itself was very modern, very new, clean and bright. A small balcony helped with a bit of fresh air as evening turned to night.||||Breakfast is bought to the place at 7am, and kept locked in the entrance for when you are ready. A small fridge has complimentary water, milk and orange juice. There is also a shop just outside. Along with a bus stop (though where it goes...I don't know!)||||For sleeping, it seems there is a super king size bed with a nice soft mattress (my preference over a firm mattress) and a large TV mounted on the wall should you wish.||||Even the lamps and the light fittings are worth commenting on - they very much fit the overall impression that great care and attention has been made to make this a standout place to stay and one which is absolutely worth any additional amount over elsewhere.||||It was a great place to stay, finishing off an altogether truly memorable day having visited the Krka national park.||||My highest recommendations and commendation for this place! If I return to Split, I will be very happy to stay...
Read moreThe owner publish info about the room only after you book unrefundable booking, in my case they serve breakfast only after 7.30, since I must have breakfast I asked them to allow me to cancel the booking (a day after the booking), Booking tried to talk to them but they refused to allow me book other place that has early breakfast. They offered me 27 euro for breakfast, I explained them it won't help me, cause I need a place with breakfast. They didn't care. I couldn't understand how to lock the door, I called the owner and asked for help (which is really hard, I'm a lawyer and math professor and couldn't understand it). The owner told me it's my problem, and I should call Booking and tell them I can't lock the door. Only when I told him I'm recording the phone call, he agreed to help me with video call. The entrance to the building is with many staircase, if you are with suitcases - be aware. Then you get to 3 doors locked each with 8 buttons codes. Feels like Alcatraz.

Read moreThis place is advertised on booking.com as guest house and rated 5 star. This place is not a guest house. It is an apartment within bunch of mid classed old apartment buildings. It's located on 2nd fl. Doesn't have its own parking. Doesn't have ring bell on the main entrance to the building. I had to at 9 : 12 pm ask around for the place since google map won't get you to the place. Person who texted with me after I made reservation decided not to reply to my msgs after 8:50 pm so I never got the chance to stay there. I called other phone numbers allegedly owners left msgs with no reply. They would not let you inn after 9 pm. Unheard off. It's well designed scam to take your money. Likely good it's also illegally runned . Unfortunately booking.com provided no support at all . Had to book hotel Mondeo same night. So stay away from so called guest house Benedict..they will steal from you for sure while you staying in an old apartment building. I have reported this case to appropriate gov department in Split that...
