good|Clean|Good bathroom size, hot water tank at your room|Has a patio if you pick it but be sure to close your doors as the patio can easily be intruded on.|Cable tv|Quiet|You can ask for help from the management easily since they live upstairs|Has a kitchen but you need to ask their permission since its part of a different room|They will take care of your laundry but they can be misleading about it and you may end up paying more than you thought or be surprised you needed to.pay for it but thats a longgg story. ||REASONABLE owners, I asked to stay an hour longer in the room coz my husband was late in coming back from rafting and they were fine with it. ||- not so good Location|A long long long walk from the old city around 40 min or more depending on who tour with and how much luggage u r carrying and there are uphill parts too.||-Transportaion around the place is ok bec its near a bus stop BUT!|The bus takes either every 20, 30, 40 min to stop at the bus stop. We cant tell bec the bus stops dont have bus schedules or what buses may stop there.....

My friend and I stayed here whilst traveling around Europe and it was one of our favorite places. For starters, the owner is really friendly, we woke her up at 8am after getting off the night train trying to check in, and even then she was lovely, letting us in to our room 6 hours early allowing us to get some sleep and unload our bags so we could make use of the rest of the day. ||||The room itself was very comfortable and the bathroom immaculate! It is in a perfect location for the beach, about a 10 minute walk to a quiet section of beach and 15 to the more tourist area. It is about a 30 minute walk into the Old town but it is a straight forward route so didn't bother us at all, even with our 15 kg bags. ||||I would certainly recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to enjoy the beach and who doesn't mind walking a little further to get a better quality stay at a...

Good standard of accommodation, the couple who’s got it are amazing lovely caring people! if anything you can ask and they will help. The only things is that it is a while from the city centre when walking, but close to the accommodation is a bus stop and if you catch number 18 or 11 it will take you straight to the city centre for 11kunas per person. However sometimes taking Uber is much better as we have paid together only 2 kunas more- 23 Kunas from the city centre to the accommodation. ||Highly recommend Private Accommodation Madunic.
