Hotel Omorika — Hotel in Općina Punat

I went to this hotel with my family. The rooms are so clean! No dust and no dirty bed sheets. Air Conditioner works and it doesn't make a lot of noise. The hotel itself is very close to the beach,the centre and a mall. The staff are so kind and they are trying their best! Restaurant food is awesome too! An automatic pancake machine, a lot of options for food and a lot of options for drinks such as coffee, multivitamin drink, blackberry, etc... And you can take as many stuff as you want. The rooms have also Wi-Fi, A flatscreen LED TV with satelite programs. You also get a mini fridge. The bathroom looks new and cleaned every time, it also has a SOS lever! The mattresses are a bit old and hard to sleep on, but you will get used to it. The kid's room has a 2 floor bunkbed, 2 night shelves, 4 chairs and a table. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e mia madre dal 10 al 17 luglio 2017. ||L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione, molto vicino al mare, basta attraversare la strada per trovarsi lungo la pista ciclo-pedonale e alle spiagge. Il tutto resta a pochi minuti in auto dal centro di Krk. Sulla passeggiata lungomare ci sono solo un paio di bancarelle con prodotti tipici e tutto l’occorrente per il mare e i souvenir e numerosi locali/bar/ristoranti.||La struttura dell’hotel è degli anni 80, ma è in buono stato (mobilio un po’ vecchio e a volte rovinato, ma per il tempo che si passa in stanza va bene) e comunque dispone di tutti i servizi. ||La camera (la mia era una familiare, cioè una doppia collegata ad una stanzetta con letto a castello) ha una grandezza nella norma per una camera doppia, senza balcone. Ogni stanza è dotata di aria condizionata e una TV con canali stranieri e qualche canale italiano (rai 1, rai 2, rai 3 e rai news). Avevamo anche il frigo bar, vuoto così da poterci mettere quello che volevamo . Il bagno è quello messo peggio come arredamento, ma è essenziale, con doccia, wc, lavandino, specchio e phon. ||L’hotel dispone anche di una connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, che funzionava molto bene.||Nella hall c’è la reception e da lì si accede alla sala ristorante: noi abbiamo scelto la pensione completa con bevande incluse ai pasti.||Una volta entrati, ci sono molti posti a sedere e le pietanze sono a buffet: a colazione c’è molta scelta, sia di dolce che di salato; il pranzo è quello con scelta minore, ma più che sufficiente, cioè un secondo di carne, un secondo di pesce, oltre a verdure e dolci; a cena c’era più scelta, un paio di primi piatti in più, ma in ogni caso qualcosa per tutti i gusti lo si trova sempre. Qualità dei pasti ottima!||A colazione le bevande sono nel dispenser e si sceglie tra acqua naturale e gassata, succo alla mela, succo all’arancia per quelle fredde, caffè, latte, cappuccino, cioccolata per quelle calde. Per le bevande a pranzo e cena bisognava chiedere ai camerieri al bar, c’era acqua naturale e gassata, aranciata, coca cola, birra, vino bianco e rosso. ||Passiamo ora allo staff dell'albergo: dalla reception, alle cameriere, alle donne delle pulizie, tutti molto cordiali e disponibili; alla reception parlano benissimo l’italiano e anche al ristorante lo capiscono.||Nel complesso è una buonissima struttura, con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, dove ci siamo trovati bene e quindi che...

Kurz gesagt, ich habe einen Kurztrip von 4 Tagen, also 3 Nächte im Hotel Omorika über einen externen Anbieter gebucht/genutzt.

Die Rezeption ist sehr gut und es wird in mehreren Sprachen kommuniziert. Kroatisch, Deutsch und Englisch und weitere. 7/24 besetzt.

Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt. Klima und WLAN haben funktioniert. WLAN ist ab 19.00 extrem langsam. Sicher senden alle Gäste gleichzeitig Fotos an ihre Lieben. Das gibt sich aber schlagartig ab 20.30 Uhr von selbst. ;-)

Klima Nachteil Was hier unter Automatik zu verstehen ist, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Bei Einstellung von 25°C kommt das Ding untertags/nächtens nicht zur Ruhe. Obwohl ich schon zwei Pullover brauchen hätte können, also kalt genug wars ja...

Lärm durch Hausklima/oder Kühlhauskompressor (Aussen) Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das Zimmer sein Fenster genau oberhalb der Hausklimaanlage für die Lobby hatte, und die riesigen Kompressoren leider sehr laut sind. Vorallem in der Nacht beim offenen Fenster für mich ein Grund immer wieder aufzuwachen. Da ich die Klimaanlage in der Nacht nicht nutze, schlafe ich gerne bei offenem Fenster. Definitiv hier nicht möglich gewesen... Betrifft vorallem die Zimmer in der Nähe. Ob man bei den weiteren, umliegenden Zimmern, die Kompressoren auch hören konnte, weiß ich nicht.

Tipp für den Hotelbetreiber: Hier wäre ein nachträglicher Schallschutz zu installieren kein Fehler! :-)

Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist gut und sehr kalt.

Die Betten sind ausgewogen in der Festigkeit der Matratze und der Polster ein neueres Modell. Daher liegt man ganz gut zu Bett.

Das Bad hat seine besten Zeiten bereits hinter sich. Es ist alles da und funktioniert auch. Nur die Dusche hat ein Format wie für zwerge gemacht. Mit meiner Größe und bei einer Dusche mit Wanne im Format 80x80 wirds ein bissl eng beim in die Knie beugen. Man kann ja auch im Stehen die Füße waschen. Beweglichkeit ist alles. (^o^)

Kästen mit genug Stauraum auch für zwei Gäste vorhanden.

Aufzug nicht zu allen Zimmern/Ebenen Wer einen Kinderwagen hat, oder bei Rollstuhlfahrer ebenso, sollte das schon bei der Reservierung mitteilen.

Frühstück ist sehr ordentlich und vielfältig. Mir persönlich war der vegane/vegetarische Anteil zu wenig. Dem konnte ich abhelfen, da es in der direkten Nähe einen gut sortierten Supermarkt mit frischem Gemüse und Obst sowie vielfältige Speisen, inkl. frisch Fleisch Theke (wer zB grillen möchte) gibt.
